Premium users who don't pass their exam, or aren't satisfied, are eligible for a full refund. Send us an email.

Refund is limited to the original purchase price (excluding taxes). Processing time: 14 business days. This guarantee does not cover consequential damages, travel costs, or re-application fees.
Payments
Premium access is a one-time payment processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars. No subscriptions. No auto-renewals.
Content Accuracy
We review all content against official government and regulatory sources and update time-sensitive data on an ongoing basis. "Last verified" timestamps indicate when each piece of content was last checked. We correct verified errors quickly, but cannot guarantee that every detail is current at all times.
