Claim Window
For standard purchases, within 12 months of your purchase date.
For pre-orders, your refund window stays open from purchase through 90 days after the course launches, no matter how long the pre-order period lasts.
Refund Scope
Refund covers the original purchase price (excluding taxes). It does not cover exam booking or application fees, travel, or consequential costs.
