Right-of-Way Priority Order

1. All-way stop, first vehicle to stop goes first.
2. Tie at an all-way stop, driver on the left yields to the driver on the right.
3. Left turn, yield to oncoming traffic and to pedestrians crossing your path.
4. Entering a road, from a driveway or lot, yield to traffic already on the road.
5. Roundabout, yield to traffic already circulating.
6. Emergency vehicle (lights and siren), everyone pulls right and stops.
7. Pedestrian at a crossover/crosswalk, yield the whole roadway until they have fully crossed.

⚠️ Right-of-way is given, never taken. A green light does not let you proceed into an occupied intersection.
